You are so right! Bach is good for the soul and body at any time. But my wife gets the chocolate. I get a snifter of cognac and a big mug of good black coffee. Ah, heaven!
BTW, if you get the Animal Planet channel, they show the "Puppy Bowl" on the afternoon of the Super Bowl. (Sunday, Feb. 3 this year.) I never miss it. It will take care of your 'cuteness' needs for several months.
All depends on lively Bach or relaxing Bach. I like his trumpet compositions especially when played by Alison Balsom, Tine Thing Helseth or the German Brass.
Oh, that looks VERY comforting.

The chocolate looks delish.

It's Murray Perahia's take on the Goldberg Variations. I find it soothing, in any case! Good music for at work: stimulating without being distracting.
ReplyDeleteBachs of chocolates!
ReplyDeleteSorry.
Ouch.
ReplyDeleteHeh...the noon program on the local classical music station is called "Bach's Lunch." Cracks me up.
