I saw this on ricardo.ch also (our local Swiss auction site, which is woefully lacking in interesting typewriters). A lady had a picture of a Smith Corona under the heading "Machine à coudre", but in the typewriter section. I'm sorry I missed that auction; I would love a Skyriter!
