Just reflecting on resolutions, I feel, make a difference and can work.

Very good post. It seems like submitting to God is passive, yet somehow I think it is actually an action in itself because doing so means that you will be used and moved around as He sees fit. As in, a submissive spirit toward Him opens the door for an active life as He make His plans for/with/through a person come to pass.

J - I like that. Really like it. I wish I'd said it! That's going down in my journal in some way, shape or form.

Duffy - objectively, it's not a very good photo and I'd actually deleted it...but something about it grabbed me. It's a metaphor, I think. I just haven't yet figured out what it's a metaphor phor...
